The bathrooms are horrendous. Otherwise the hotel isn't bad for the price. Location is good for access to Miami. The housekeeping seemed OK beyond the bathroom . The shower control wot provide hot water . You must keep the control in the middle to get warm water. They are moldy and outdated. Won't stay here until they update the bathrooms.

Great name by the way! I wanted to thank you for your review, and I have some good news for you...

We are renovating! By same time next year we should have brand new bathrooms and guest rooms. We will have all of the same great services with the added benefit of a modern look.

Please come visit us again next year to get a first sight on our state-of-the-art rooms!

A bit difficult to find at first, but in a very convenient location after all. I thought the staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The free internet can be very slow, but there is easy access to computers and a printer.

I hear it a lot, we are bit tough to find! I like to say we are the best kept secret :)

Because yes, indeed we are in a very convenient location, walking distance from Dadeland Mall, Dadeland Station, and the Miami Metro-rail.

We had a 911 emergency while staying in hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful getting EMT personnel to our room quickly and cleaning room before we returned from the ER. Thank you very much for all your help!!!

The helpful staff, the clean rooms, the complementary breakfast make this a fine place to stay. I've stayed here between 3 and 5 times a year for the past 20 years. The one problem I did experience during my most recent stay was the terrible Complementary WiFi service.

No amenities to speak of and vending machine very limited .
Complimentary breakfast was quite varied and very nicely displayed. If you are arriving late after air line travel and will need dinner when you arrive, bring it with you..
