Unacceptable is the best I can say. Dont blame it in COVID either. The people running this hotel dont give a crap about their guests at all. Rooms were atill not ready at 7pm, pool are still dirty after 10am video attached. They dont inform you that the in room phone cant call down to front desk so what if you have an emergency ??? You try to call it just rings busy. I can go in and on bottom line you will not get the JW experience here and MARRIOTT needs to audit this hotel.
