Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Kitchenette was poorly equipped. Staff had a difficult time fulfilling our simple request. Housekeeping staff was helpful. Bad electrical outlet was repaired in a timely manner. Manager was understanding of our discontent wit our stay.

Broken pack ‘n play, broken bed without a bed skirt, general musty smell in room, “COVID” breakfast was a joke and just a box full of carbs — prepackaged food like my elementary school kids get at school.

The room was fairly clean but worn out. The outdoor dining tables have not been cleaned in awhile. With a pandemic going on bird droppings on dining tables does not instill confidence. The pool area furniture was so dirty it was unusable. I would not return .

This hotel is worn and the staff not welcoming. There is no airport shuttle services as advertised. The furniture is old and worn, there was no local TV service, the TVs are small and old. There was very little in the kitchen.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. They should not be flying the Hilton brand.

Traveled down had a good stay no major problems. Staff was friendly during the stay. Rooms were great and spacious and equipped with all our needs for an extended stay. Just wish sofa bed came with liner
