When we arrived we couldn't use the shuttle because it was too late (because of that thing) but now its 24 h again. Clean, comfortable, they gave us free breakfast because of that, next morning they took us to the airport. Perfect.

Spent 2 nights recently. Good location and free parking. Staff are friendly and offer assistance.

The cleaning of the hotel has a lot to be desired. Lobby area dirty; carpet looks disgusting and very dirty. Elevators dirty. Carpet in room not clean at all! Found hair in bathroom floor. This is unacceptable; I am also a gold member.

Was told very minimal housekeeping due to
Covid and budget; but this is unacceptable, as this is an area that you would want to concentrate in for hygiene and disinfecting.
Very disappointing.

Not sure if I will stay again, as normally stay at IHG near by.

not meeting your expectations.
We have increased the staffing levels in housekeeping to better cope with the recent increase in demand
and follow all Marriott's Cleaning Protocols.

I felt like the staffers were pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and modern. The traffic noise on adjacent highways was a little loud and there are closer hotels to the airport, but this hotel is near some really good dining and drinking spots. Rate was decent too.

Very nice Sheraton property, clean, well maintained and exceptional service. Super friendly and professional front desk staff. Appreciated the free parking, easily accessible in front of property. We stayed the first night we arrived in Miami, arriving prior to check in and were accomodated graciously. We liked the property so much we returned for our last night in Miami. Located very close to the airport . Smaller pool and exercise facility on site. Restaurant was good, again friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

Annia is so helpful along with Vanessa and Elieser behind the grill is amazing as well. I stayed for over a month and spent a ton of time with everyone there! But for sure the best hotel I’ve been at in Miami!
