Newly renovated property with a staff that exudes “guest friendly”. Have stayed here through the years and now experienced an all round revival. From manager to maids they welcome their guests with enthusiasm!

Great location, friendly staff, good food choices for a weekend getaway. Near AA Arena and quick drive to South Beach. Free city train and trolley within steps. Quiet room. Neat floor to ceiling windows were so neat!

The bed is too high to slide into easily, the carpet makes wheelchair maneuvering difficult, and the mirror over the sink is an idiotic design! There is a light built into the mirror that is exactly at eye level!

Please accept our sincere apologies for your poor experience at our hotel. We offer fully accessible guestrooms at our hotel for our guests who may have special needs. These rooms have special features for a more comfortable stay. Our accessible rooms have either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds and provide the same amenities as our other guestrooms. Depending on what you require, our accessible rooms come with a variety features for your comfort and convenience. Some of what you’ll find in the accessible rooms, include an accessible tub, roll-in shower, visual alarm and notification devices for the doorbell, door knock and incoming telephone calls. We truly regret falling short of your expectations and hope for the chance to regain your trust in the future. Thank you.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel prior to my cruise. We arrived to the hotel before official check in time, but this was no problem at all. The gentleman at check in was very friendly. We got an amazing room! Very spacious and lovely interior. The bed was also very comfortable. Only downside was the bartender. After he got me my drinks and asking to sign the ticket he didn't bother asking me if I wanted a copy since he was already busy talking to his colleague (not work related).
The hotel is located vedy conveniently near to Bayside. Only a 20 minute walk away, or as the concierge informed us, a short metro/trolley ride.
If I visit Miami again I will definately choose this hotel again!

If you love yourself, avoid this hotel at all costs. Stayed there for 4 days and came back with an infection which is ridiculous.

Don't fall for the Hilton brand name. It's just a facade and everything else is pretty much motel like ! The hotel staff are unhelpful, robotic and inhuman. Definitely not something that you expect from a luxury hotel. On checkout was shocked to see hidden charges for which they redirect you to the website.

Will add the sordid details of my experience once I recover from this.
