Went to dinner with family and friends last night. Had the mahi special with salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing, green beans with bacon and sweet potato. Large portions of food l. My husband had their gyro platter with lamb, chicken and beef which was amazing. He did a good job polishing it off but it is large and my son had the kids cheeseburger.

I tried the lounge again at Platters, which technically has a different name but has not been established yet on Trip Advisor: Bobby Jo's. I went because there was live music I wanted to hear: the duo called M Squared. That part was great. The reception I received was an improvement - warmer, friendlier. Everyone at my table was pretty satisfied with their meals, different wraps. No one was happy with the french fries. They looked good but quickly turned chewy and not pleasant. I had a burger, which was huge and tasted good. There are different burgers on the menu to choose from. Another improvement was that the kitchen honored their agreement to stay open as long as the lounge is open (they have different hours), so the people who were enjoying the band were able to continue to order throughout the evening. Unfortunately the air conditioning in this building has never been cool and this was a hot day. There were fans circulating air but they were big so you didn't want to be right in front of the strong current, and they were loud and annoying when trying to hear the band. Hopefully the air conditioning will be replaced one day and include heat, I seem to remember no heat in the building during winter. I will be back.

Great spot especially for families looking for good prices. Looks aren't the greatest from the street but the staff is very friendly, the food is. Good and the prices are really reasonable. Breakfast menu is simple, lunch selection more varied. Had several meals there and enjoyed every one of them!

Can only speak to breakfast of which we have been to a few times. Nothing remarkable and very plain. Coffee not very good and no choices of sweeteners other than saccharin. Pancakes are good and eggs were cooked to order. Staff friendly enough. Not a lot of choices in LP so we'll keep the, on the list.
