Staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Place was very clean. Patio by pool was small but relaxing. Bed in room was very comfortable. Shuttle service was timely and driver was helpful. The only disappointing part was the breakfast.

We stayed here for one night when we couldn’t get into the Hampton cruise port north where we have stayed and like.

Our greeting wasn’t typical of Hampton. Not bad but just not representative of Hampton. Our room and Wi-Fi were ok. The breakfast was also just ok.

I was surprised to see on their website that they were recently renovated. I know airport hotels take a beating but this one was very tired and looked beat up.

Also, the nearby restaurants aren’t nearby. They are at least a 20 minute or longer walk. The Hampton cruise port north is a much better property.

Dirty room. First room had strong smell of urine. Replacement room had sticky bathroom floor. Poor lighting and dated room compared to other hamptons. Can not recommend this hotel. Location seems great for cruises and fll airport access but better alternatives in the area. Hilton garden inn up the street.

Booked this "joint" for one-night post-cruise since it was close to the airport. What an overpriced Hampton. Dated, dirty and the room was sprayed to cover some odor I suppose. We couldn't wait to leave early in the AM.

Had group meeting and several of our rooms had roaches. Spoke to on-duty manager about roaches in room but issue was not resolved. Was told that refund could not be given because it was a company/group booking, but was offered to credit Hilton Honors account with 35k miles. Still that has not been done.
