Bagels are best in town. Owners have been in Gainesville for years and had multiple locations, but as they get older, they manage just this one. Get to know them, very friendly. When you order a croissant breakfast sandwich, quiche, almost anything you get it served with a side or two. Usually potatoes and fruit. This isn't always clear on the menu, so it's a pleasant surprise. On Tues and Thurs, the owner offers 2-3 different Asian dishes for lunch. Go early, the crowd eats it all if you are after 1pm. Place is packed on Tues and Thurs. Bagels come with generous portion of cream cheese. The selection of pre-packaged salads varies from day-to-day. Hope you go on a day they have the kale or Asian noodle salad. Wonderful little eating venue tucked away in this outdoor shopping center. Explore the shops in the center while you are there.

This is a good place for breakfast. There about a dozen different types of bagels, plus muffins and quiche. They offer breakfast sandwiches, omlettes, eggs cooked to order, and of course bagels with a variety of toppings. The prices are reasonable.

Love choice of bagels here. Everyone can find what he wants. Friendly staff, wide parking lot, but you have to wait approx 10-15 min.

OMG SOOOOO PRICEY!!! I LOVE bagels & saw this place so we stopped. the coffee is very bitter, not tasty at all. they had a lobster bisque soup... no... just creamy broth. disappointing. we got bagels with ham/egg/cheese.. staff couldnt be bothered asking what type cheese, or if we wanted it toasted or not
( NO THEY WERE NOT BUSY) so we were like umm... choices? got the sandwiches, the eggs were dry & fluffy, not like "sandwich" type eggs. the bagels were just average bagels. lenders are better.
so lets recap, 2 egg sandwiches, 2 small coffee, 2 cups of soup, 1 OJ... it was OVER 30.00!!!!! GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to go to Einstein bagels... i wish i did

Best place to pick up a warm bakery bagel. Not only can you not beat the price for what you are getting, the atmosphere of a locally-owned breakfast shop is so inviting. This is the ideal breakfast shop to patron for the reasons discussed above.

The only thing I might suggest is to have more variety of flavors on the menu.
