This hotel is immaculately clean, with comfortable rooms and a friendly staff.
I particularly appreciate that the bathroom has a magnifying mirror, there is a mini fridge, flat screen TV and free WiF for guests in the room.
There is a coffee shop off the lobby offering a limited breakfast, sandwiches, and some hot food choices, but this is no problem - you are surrounded by many dining options just steps away at the Gulf Towne Center and plenty of shopping, including a (multiplex- movie theater) adjacent to the hotel, a very high-end (think Saks, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales) Miromar Outlet Mall just a couple of blocks away, and another major Simon Mall about four miles off-site at Coconut Point.
It has an outdoor pool, a fire pit area, plenty of lounge chairs and pool towels, a fitness center, and computers in the lobby for internet service.

Room Tip: If you are looking for a quiet space, then you should probably request a room away from the lobby and pool areas in season.

We originally booked 3 nights, but only stayed a night after encountering some issues with our room.

When we checked-in, the man at the front desk was not the friendliest or the rudest, but gave us a king suite on the 4th floor. (Room 440)

Since we checked in late to attend an arts festival the next morning, all we wanted to do was sleep.

When we got to the room, I was greeted by a strong musty smell. We then turned on the A/C, and it turns out the smell was coming out from that. Since the hotel was sold out, we couldn’t change rooms, which was fine.

The mattress was perfect, however the mattress pad felt like someone wet the bed. It made it very uncomfortable to sleep in.

The staff in the morning was rude and nobody had a smile on their face, along with the bistro staff.

I would sadly probably not stay here again which is a shame as it’s in an amazing location.

We stayed here one night and would have stayed the week if possible. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was new, clean and nicely appointed. We did not stay for breakfast however the dining area was neat and clean as well. Overall a VERY pleasant stay and would definitely come for a repeat visit.

I like the location and cleanliness of the room. Frig in the room is nice. You can walk to the shops and restaurants. The pool is just out the back door and inviting. Don't care for the bar or restaurant here as the food is quickie service, not really fresh cooked. But there are plenty of restaurants to walk to. Very modern room, and a large clean laundry if u need it.

Luther was great! He was our shuttle driver. Very friendly and informative. He answered all our questions and knew it all!! Look forward to seeing him again.
All positions at the hotel are important and the roles of the people are what makes the brand.
Teamwork makes the Dreamwork!
