I had a great experience as usual, despite of Hurricane Dorian. The staff was awesome as usual, and that Seafood Cobb Salad was the BOMB. Of course the weather was flip flopping because for the impending hurricane but otherwise ok.

This is the 2nd time staying here for my birthday getaway. Excellent location. Steps away from the beach and resteraunts. The last time we were here the pool was closed so this time it was open and we were able to enjoy the pool area. They have a bar on the deck where we ordered food and drinks as we sat and soaked in the sun before Dorian came to visit. They also have towels you can use at the beach and offer free water bottles at the front desk.Luckily the storm shifted and my vacation was saved.
The staff was helpful when our room phone wasn't working they sent someone to fix it. They also have a texting service so it was easy to communicate with the front desk.
Breezes resteraunt is Inside the hotel. Although we didn't utilize them for dinner we did use their room service for breakfast they offer a various choices. A little pricey. We actually ordered from the kids menu and it was more than enough for a cheaper price. We even had left overs for the next day. Their staff even helped us warm the food up and carry it back to the room.
My one issue is that we got the same exact room as last year, 110. I had reported In 2018 that the bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. The same door was broken and has not been fixed, that was disappointing. Other than that this will be my go to hotel for future fort Lauderdale trips.

The hotel overall is great but apparently they renovated and did a not so amazing job. Big picture you don’t see anything wrong. Our tub was painted over so the paint chipped and flooded our room from a clogged toilet. Luckily Connie and Tracey came in from housekeeping and saved the day. This is after i asked the front desk for a tub fix. Floor was a little wet.

Tracey and Connie made us laugh and found humor in the situation. Honestly great hotel but with a few ehhhh things. If you have a huge issue the front glazes it Over. Reminds me why I pick Marriott usually..
