We went on a rainy afternoon as we were trying to keep our two year old grandson amused. He loved it. The majority of the exhibits are hands on. He was bit young for some of them but he had a blast. There's a special area for the little ones. The rest of the areas - dinosaurs, space, fire department exhibit - attracted kids and their parents.

Definitely an attraction you would enjoy.

The Museum of Discovery and Science and IMAX Theater is a fantastic place for the whole family. We first explored the first floor with all of the animals like bats, fish, alligators, and snakes.

We visited this museum as part of a package [Summer Pass]. We were very impressed at the displays and the ability to interact with science to better understand the exhibits and theory.

A excellent museum for children learning about science. Very hands on! On the second floor their several experiences that cost more money. The 4d ride wasn’t worth the money and several chairs were brook. The flight simulators need some repairs but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The new outside hands on science exhibit was great. We didn’t goto the imax part so I really couldn’t comment on it. Have a good time.
