The service was very nice. We had to wait a bit to get in as the front door was locked (I would assume that guests of the Inn have keys). One of the owners let us in and also served us our high tea. He was attentive and the baked goods lovely. I am not one for little tea sandwiches, but my friend liked them a lot, especially the chicken salad. We both wished that they had extra scones for purchase. The only negative was they served Devonshire cream not clotted cream.
The setting is nice. The furniture antiques and we each got a different antique tea cup and saucer.
