Beautiful setting within the Hyatt resort. Suzann was our excellent , patient server as one of our friends was preoccupied in a real estate negotiation. Casual setting. The not so good. Pot stickers were over cooked and hard, calamari was ok. Grouper is highly recommended, excellent. Mahi Mahi very good. Crab cakes and lobster Mac and cheese outstanding just both needed to be served piping hot. Drinks at hotel prices. Just a few glitches to miss 5 circles. Go enjoy. Any questions?

Our apprehensions were definitely put to rest at Tarpon Bay. Appetizers incuding the outstanding alligator , average ceviche of snapper and grouper were our first courses. However, the entree took the gold with Ahi blackened tuna atop rice and spears of bok choi. Our server, Josh, made our visit special and guaranteed a return visit.

What a fabulous evening we had dining at Tarpon Bay at the magnificent Hyatt Coconut hotel in Bonita Springs. We were able to get a last minute reservation and were very pleased that we could. We started our meal with the colossal shrimp cocktail. They were enormous and cook to perfection? Along with our appetizers the warm, fresh bread was served with both softened butter and tapenade. First class all the way.

Our main course was a fried snapper. It was to Die For! We split it...it was that huge. Again cooked to perfection! It was paired with an Asian coleslaw and vegetables. Unfortunately we were too full for dessert but the complementary chocolates topped off a great evening!

Great meal! Great setting!

Lovely meal and nice atmosphere. Very convenient if staying in the Hyatt Coconut Point Resort. I had the gulf shrimp and my husband had the filet mignon. Very good.

Overall our experience was very good and the food for the most part was delicious. However, the Stone crab claws were virtually frozen thus more difficult to eat and not flavorful. The king crab legs, while tasty, are a bit overpriced for what you get and the sauce that accompanied them did not benefit the overall taste experience you would expect. The whole, crusted red snapper was outstanding and probably the best choice on the menu. Enough for two people to share. Good wine list and the service was great.
