I have stayed in this hotel before for vacation and came back to stay for the holidays. The recently renovated rooms are classy and there is a smart TV so that you can watch Netflix! The modernization of the hotel rooms really made my stay much more enjoyable.

I had an absolutely wonderful time again and I can't wait to come back!

We stayed at the Marriott at Boca Center for two nights for the Orange Bowl game in Miami. The staff at this hotel were very nice, and the room was updated and very nice and clean. Everything about the Marriott met expectations. This is a nice property convenient to plenty of shops and restaurants. It was easy to get to Fort Lauderdale and Miami from Boca Raton. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is a very nice hotel. The guy that checked us in was very polite. We got to the hotel around 12:30am and when we got to the room the sofa bed would not open, it was new so he could not open it either. After a while he decides to put the couch upside down and found what was wrong. Because of the inconvenience he gave us some free breakfast vouchers.

Now here comes what i didn't like. When i got to the café for the breakfast with my two girls and the vouchers. There was NOT a sign that said we need to wait for a host to sit. I saw people just walking in and sitting, so i did the same. When i sat the host comes to me with a VERY LOUD voice to tell me that i need to step out because another family was there first. In that instand everyone looked at us. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed!

I didn't do anything wrong, because there was not sign that said we need to wait to be sitting. I didnt mind that he asked me to step out, what made me upset was that he was VERY loud for everyone to hear.
So if you go make sure you wait!!

Suggestion: the hotel should put a sign!

Hotel has recently been renovated and looks very updated and fresh. Rooms are small and like others mentioned storage space is limited to one closet. I am very picky when it comes to the condition of the hotel and this was perfect. It still has popcorn ceiling and pieces fall on the floor especially if you touch ceiling and that made me realize they did not vacuum the room because whatever we had on the day we checked in was still there on the floor the day we checked out.
Housekeeping was ok sporadic one day they forgot extra towels and toiletries. Another day there was no hand towel . They only replenish complimentary water 2 out of 5 days. Shower curtains had few stains . One thing to note we left tips daily and maid did not take them..... Interesting so we stopped leaving them
We had concierge level room with access to M lounge and that really added value and pleasure to our stay. Sometimes in AM it would get crowded but still very cozy. At times it felt like it was under staffed and there was delay replenishing food and snacks. But employees there very excellent. It could also be due to the fact that it was busy season and holiday with sold out hotel.
Front desk employees were good but did not look like they wanted to go out of their way.
Abdrey was good and daniel excellent. Restaurant host/ manager ( slim gentlemen with smile on his face) was super welcoming.
Pool area very nice. Don't think it was updated but still very pleasant. Jacuzzi probably needs some attention with mechanical function. But surroundings very relaxing.
Location was great that you can walk to restaurants and few stores but it all depends what you are doing in the area. Beaches are not as great as Miami area so we ended up driving a lot but price and condition of the hotel were worth it. Will consider it for future stays for sure.

our visit started with a phone call to the hotel letting them know we would be late. we had a snafu with the car rental in ft. lauderdale airport. upon check in we were met by a friendly smile and daniel welcomed us and said he was sorry to hear we had such a tough time with the car! he said but now you are here, you can relax and enjoy and he handed both me and my husband a certificate for a complimentary beverage at the lobby bar! the room was lovely, updated, clean and comfortable. that night we used the drink coupons and Bek took good care of us. The bar would've closed (as it was slow and it was the end of the night) but didn't rush us and in face was so pleasant and accommodating, we ended up staying for a 2nd glass of wine. (Incidentally we came back again the next night for a night cap too, service the 2nd night was just as good as the first). thanks to our great experience, we will DEFINITELY book this hotel again every time we come to Boca to see our relatives who live there. thanks so much!
