It is easy to pass the entrance to the Tulip Cafe as it is half a level below the walk area in front of their location. This is probably the only drawback to Tulips Cafe, visibility.
Inside a french cafe atmosphere is evident and the pastry display case looks what you expect to see on the streets of many cities of France. The most appealing pastries with cherry filling, chocolate and other pastry fillings are on display. The chocolate croissant is the most popular. I can personally vouch for the creamy filling and the soft texture and taste of the croissant.
There is a very relax feeling when you sit at the two person cafe table . Small cups of tea with an a croissant, be it for breakfast , lunch or just a treat for yourself is worth the stop.. There are egg croissants available for breakfast.
Service was friendly, informative, perfectly matched to the French Cafe atmosphere.
Take time from your busy shopping day and relax at a small table with your favorite pastry, close your eyes a minute and you think you were in France.

We often go for brunch...its never very crowded.they make a great open croissant wiht scrambled eggs and ham and cheese, fillls you up for the entire day. Geat chocolate croissants and wonderful French pastries, was Not sure I would review it as I would hate to see it get overcrowded. The owner speaks French and you will have to explain slowly what you want but very accommodating .

This place is very small but clean and friendly. The food is good and more French Canadian than Parisian style-resulting in a somewhat less authentic French cuisine, Especially noticeable in their baguettes, onion soup, and very limited menu.

We happened. To come across this quaint little cafe on the way to have supper in the same plaza .
So nice and clean and friendly atmosphere.
Delicately decorated in the French Paris theme , the owner I believe is the owner speaks French like a true Frenchman from
France , my husband is fluent in French
And we ordered a cappuccino and a tea for me and an almond croissant to be cut in 1/2 , since we will be having dinner soon !
Very impressed , nice croissants , chocolate & almond , baguettes , good coffee ☕️ choices ,
There seems to be only one person working here , it was empty when we arrived in the late pm , hope there is more staff during the " rush hour " !
