Ok, so it's in a strip mall next to a grocery. You don't think about that when your meal comes. It's small so reservations are a must. So small that I viewed a sous chef chopping atop the chest freezer. The vegetables are prepared like they are the gems they are. I had the horseradish crusted salmon entree done perfectly on top of the roasted veg. My husband had the rockfish special over roasted veg hash. We had Casey as our guide and she was spot on for all courses. The special appetizer that night was a tuna poke. It was served in a coconut shell and there was plenty to share. So fresh and bright! The bread pudding could have been warmer and a caramel drizzle would really add to it but it was delicious. We will defiantly go again. We were told about it and was asked not to spread the word. The owner laughed when I told him this. He's heard it before. When you go look around and you can easily spot the regulars. I wouldn't mind becoming one.
