Delicious fusion cooking. They also have some standard selections, but their real art is in dishes where they combine elements from different traditions: Asian, Southern U.S., Mediterranean, etc... The grilled octopus is very good, the shrimp and grits is excellent. The trick is in how they enhance the flavors of the seafood or meat with complementary flavors and textures, drawn from different cooking styles, to create something unique and delicious. You might call it “gourmet” but at the same time they’re not all hoity-toity about it. Friendly courteous waitstaff.
