Worth a try for a menu full of choices not to be found elsewhere outside of a major city like NYC or LA.

The menu is diverse, and the drinks even more so (if you're into Scotch, they have All The Scotch), with a quite decent selection of sake to boot.

The food is quite HappyMaking, and very eclecticThe "main dishes" are really quite good, but for my money you're best off going with the "small bites" - they're ideal to munch on inbetween drinks (or with drinks, for that matter!). Don't miss out on the cucumber salad, and/or the roast potatoes, they're frightfully good!

And yeah, the staff is appropriately friendly, and quite happy to chat. So yeah, go, sit at the bar, and have a fun few hours!

Amazing, creative food. A great place to share dishes. Everything we tried was either good or excellent. Tiny, pub-like atmosphere - make reservations!

Extremely cheap quality ramen broth, greasy dishes with everything Kewpie mayonnaise, and they can't even cook the noodles right. Extremely disappointing.

Very small nook with noodle or rice bowls, 'tapas' choices, and a few entrees. Kaarage don (kaarage also available without the fixings) offered great combo of flavors including japanese mayo sauce, tangy slaw and rice with the juicy fried chicken cutlet pieces. Different take on dan dan noodles that we've had before - lamb based, smoky flavor. Cold sesame noodles a mild (non-peanutty) version were very good. Very delicate, tasty dumplings. A bit pricey for what it is.
