This is a model of what public libraries should be and the customer service is just impeccable. Everything is organized and neat and very clean. No complaints whatsoever.

I'm visiting from out of town and they helped me get a loaner card. I come 5 days a week to study for a graduate entrance exam. Sometime the workers are noisy. The location is in center of the city but you always have pan handlers outside. You also get some smelly patrons inside. The bathroom is never stocked with paper towels, so I have to use my shirt to dry my hands. Views are pretty nice and always have good air conditioning. There is a Starbucks attached and anyone can use the public computers.

We're often spending a pleasant afternoon wiling away a few minutes in this beautiful library. The front reading room has pleasant chairs to read new arrivals. Throughout the library are nooks to read or study. The second floor has a space where they hold interesting literary, artistic, and civic events. The children's area downstairs is very comfortable and supports great programming. The Friends Bookstore is a great place to pick up an inexpensive book and support the great work of the library.
