Booked two rooms for a Saturday night stay to visit the casino. We were originally enticed by the shuttle, which ended up being a nightmare. You have to reserve the shuttle upon check in to get to the casino, which is great especially for a large group, but to get back to the hotel you have to fight your way to the shuttle. Unfortunately for my group, after waiting in the cold for an hour, we got beat out for the shuttle twice and were told we would have to wait another 30 minutes for the shuttle to come back. Taking an Uber is also not an option unless you want to pay $100+ each way.
As for the room it was very average. There were only 3 pillows on each bed and the bed itself was lumpy and uncomfortable. The room was also very small, barely enough room to fit two beds. The walls are paper thin so there is no feeling of privacy. The breakfast was very limited and only served during a small window (7am-10am). The parking lot is also very awkward, and limited, forcing you to walk around the entire building to get inside.
The only positives were that the staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were both very clean. The WiFi was also a great speed. My group did not take advantage of the pool or fitness equipment during our stay.
