Lately when ordering coffee it is hit or miss being bitter or not. To pay for something you cant eat or drink bothers me, Once I brought it back which was embarrassing enough while the staff looked at me having no clue what I was saying. Then I had to repeat this to another employee. This happens when we order two or three coffees so it is not just me but the others in my family. The order takers are difficult to understand with the heavy accents
