We came on a Saturday night and dined our way through the menu. They have the average things we have all come to expect of Japanese American restaurants. However, they have an array of new things. Beautiful udon and ramen soups that they customized to our preferences. Delicious and fresh sashimi and rolls ... Some very unique to Kaenyama compared to other restaurants in the area. The tempura was crispy, hot, and fresh with not a hint of being oily. Service was prompt, attentive, and efficient. We will definitely be back and often.
