We stopped in at the Red Rocks Grill for lunch after a hike on Sunday. The interior of the restaurant is great...cabin feel with lots of stuffed animals on the wall. They even have names. (PETA supporters should probably avoid this place.)
We had a variety of meals, all good. One disappointment was when a burrito ordered with no cheese came smothered in cheese. The waitress apologized and whisked it away, replacing it fairly quickly. There were times when the service was slow, as evidenced by an empty bowl of chips, empty drinks, etc. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry so it didn't matter much to us. However, I can't give them a five star rating with this kind of service.
