This is a new restaurant that fits in well on Main Street. I was surprised at how much seating there was, based on how narrow the building is. The secrete is that instead of putting in a full sized kitchen, they have a food truck parked in the back, next to more outdoor seating. The interior of the building is well decorated in brick with historical photos of Littleton along all of the walls. As our server greeted us, he gave us a quick history of the photos around our table. It was quiet enough to easily have a conversation, but the live band had not set up yet.
The food is Mexican style and very good. We got our food in a reasonable time, but if the place is packed, I can see it taking a while for the food truck to get all of the orders out. They also have a nice selection at the bar, featuring local distilleries. The unique thing about the bar is the electric berry they offer with drinks. You chew on it when you get your drink, and it makes certain flavors of the drink pop. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and will be back again.
