Marriott videos indicate plexiglass screens at check-in, mobile app can be used as a key, electrostatic sanitizing, and disinfecting wipes in each room. This hotel: no plexiglass, regular card key, no evidence of electrostatic equipment, no disinfecting wipes (clerk knew nothing about these), maid came out of another room with mask under her chin. Housekeeping does not clean room during stay, which was fine with us under these circumstances. Restaurant/breakfast and pool understandably closed. They did have hand sanitizer in multiple places. Sign limiting elevator to 2 people at a time.
The hotel is in need of renovation. The carpet in our room was so worn that there is a 3” x 2” hole in the carpet in the entry. Location good. Clerk was able to provide list of local restaurants.More
