We recently spent three nights in the Keystone Lakeside Village (1 in Argentine and 1 in Montezuma).
Being on the lake is amazing and the two-bedroom condos give families plenty of space. (One thing to keep in mind is that all of the condos are individually-owned.)
The location is handy because there are restaurants and a general store within walking distance. Parking is easy to find and it is easy to find off of hwy 6.
The shuttle service to Mountain House is difficult. And it is almost impossible to easily get to River Run. The silver line doesn't go to River Run, so you have to disembark at Mountain House and wait for the blue line. We waited almost 40 mins for that bus to show. The next option is to walk through Mountain House (with kids and equipment) or ride the lift to mid-mountain and ski down to River Run.More
