We stayed in room 3036 at the beginning of March which is across from the elevator. While the rooms were adequate size and each had their own bathroom, two of the rooms had 2 bunk beds each for children. The unit sleeps 12 people total but more than 8 adults would be tight and uncomfortable since someone would then be sleeping on the let out couch in the living room and this is the only shared space. The units were clean, but needed some updating. The view was awesome. We had the bedroom on the 2nd floor and to the right and you can hear the elevator all the time so sleeping is a challenge.
The kitchen is stocked with dishes although could use more serving dishes. We had ample number of knives but none of the knives were sharp so we had to ask for a sharp knife to be brought in. They did bring a new knife in the next day so that was good. The refrigerator may be a bit small for the amount of food for 8 adults or maybe we brought too much. also the refrigerator did not work very well and we questioned if our food was cold enough. We sent a complaint but to no avail. Never heard from anyone. Oven temperature was a bit strange acting but could be because we are not used to the altitiude. Kitchen is small but the dining room table serves 8 comfortably.
The fireplace is nice but should be updated as there is not much fire in gas fireplace. The logs need to be replaced. Nice touch though. The view is fantastic of the mountains and the deck has a nice electric grill that actually worked well. Washer dryer is stackable and very loud so no doing laundry overnight.
Being close to the shuttle was awesome. We did have an SUV that was too tall to park in the garage especially with the carrier on top. We parked it outside and it was a bit of a challenge to know exactly where to park. Our friend parked in the wrong space and they put a sticker on his window that would not peel off. We asked them to help to get it off to no avail. They were not responsive at all. A simple phone call would have worked instead of the sticker that is now stuck to our friends window. This is not OK and actually bordered on vandalism. We paid 3600.00 for this condo for a week so a courtesy call would have been enough to get us to move our car.
Otherwise, trip was good.
