Let me start off by saying that I am a frequent traveler for work. In the past two years i spent 24 weeks traveling. I have stayed in 2 star hotels that were far superior to this one. I judge off of cleanliness and the staff. I have stayed in older hotels that needed updating but were far more clean. I stayed in room 234 and the TV only worked a portion of the time, the sink in the bathroom leaked, the carpet had not been vacuumed (there was change and a pair of earing's on the floor) made sure i wore shoes at all times until getting in bed. And the bed, i had two queen beds and i chose the one that looked the cleanest but slept in my clothes then put fresh on for the next day!! The shower was just a scary looking place so i chose not to use it. With Covid 19 I at least travel with a can of Lysol, and i literally used the entire can on the room and there were cleaning people WITHOUT FACE MASKS CLEANING ROOMS!!!!!. Then there is the safety factor, a lot of people hanging outside at the far right end not very desirable looking folks, actually saw a drug deal go on so i moved my car to the front which was far from my room. Lastly, I HAVE A SERVICE DOG (YES CERTIFIED) FIRST HOTEL TO CHARGE ME $100.00 FOR HAVING A SERVICE DOG, she travels with me everywhere and has more frequent flyer miles than most people, I found this very appalling. Please for those of you who read this please stay somewhere else, there are far better hotels, that are cleaner, safer and friendlier staff. I would have moved but i booked on line and prepaid with no refund available through Priceline (it was a special deal) NEVER AGAIN!!!!
