Really good Samosa as an appetizer followed by Mulligatawny soup (probably the best I’ve ever had) and Kawab which is chicken breast marinated in yogurt and herbs overnight then roasted in the charcoal oven. Served on a sizzling cast iron pan with onions, peppers and sauce on the side. Deliciously spicy! Try it with ginger beer as a nice complimentary beverage.
