We loved our weekend at Wild Horse Inn. We stayed in the Saddle Blanket cabin since we were traveling with our dog. The cabin was private, surrounded by trees, and very comfortable with a really good bed and bathroom and a kitchenette that included refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, tea pot, coffee, tea, utensils, dishes, and full cookie jar. There were even treats, bowls, and a blanket for the dog. The hot tub at the main lodge was great after a day of skiing at nearby Winter Park. Breakfasts at the lodge were delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was sometimes slow, so bring a good book for the evenings as there’s no TV. We’d stay again and recommend the inn to friends.

This is our 4th or 5th stay and the Wild Horse is always a delightful, mountain home feel! Food is delicious, with cookies and wine available for afternoon and evening treats. The staff is friendly and helpful- they know the area.and have made several recommendations for restaurants and activities...all on point! The owner also has a restaurant in town that we tried this visit called Solice. Small, unique venue for a mountain town, with delicious delicacies! (Not a good dining place for children) We.ate goat ravioli, shrimp rossotto, steak, and more! The onion soup was.the best I have ever eaten!

I highly recommend Wild Horse Inn!

I have stayed at the WIld Horse Inn on numerous occasions, and each time was wonderful; however, this past weekend was particularly extraordinary. Since Donna has taken over, the place runs like a well-oiled vintage Cadillac. The cabin was impeccable and the breakfasts were scrumptious. Katie is also a wonderful addition to the Wild Horse Inn. She is charming, a seasoned cook, and gives the place added dimension and warmth. We will definitely return soon!

My husband surprised me with a getaway in the mountains... could not have been more cozy, quaint and spectacular!! Straight out of a magazine or pinterest. Katie and Donna were soo nice with great hospitality and helpful suggestions. Breakfast was amazing... scrambled eggs and bacon with fruit, OJ and endless tasty coffee on day 1, with cream cheese pear French toast, sausage and watermelon on day 2! Cabins were super clean, adorably decorated and so cozy. Oh and the hot tub was very clean and hot, and allowed for a great view of the stars. We will definitely be back and recommend this to everyone !!

We were in Fraser, Colorado, with friends and spent two nights at the Wild Horse Inn.
A lovely place that oozes comfort and Colorado. Knotty pine walls, leather couches and chairs, home-cooked breakfasts, and welcoming hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan on returning next year. Would recommend to all.

Room Tip: Only 10 rooms and we stayed on the main floor...I would choose this room again.
