We have stayed in this hotel many times in the past and never had any problems but this time we had a problem. The bath tube shower floor in two separate rooms were dangerously slippery when taking a shower. My wife and I nearly fell on a number of occasions . The staff was kind enough to give us a upgraded room but that shower/tub floor had the same problem. Someone is going to fall soon and the hotel is going to be held liable. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. The non skid surface is worn out. This problem existed in both room that we occupied.

Came here for a night after a family wedding. We made a reservation in advance for two rooms with 2 queen beds. Our first group came in and received a room, no problem. However, when our second party came to claim the second room on our booking, we were told there are no rooms for us. We showed our confirmation again which clearly stated 2 rooms had been previously booked and paid in full. Maria who was working the desk said that it doesn't matter what our confirmation says because her computer doesn't say the same. We asked if we should wait for a manager or start making our way back to Denver, and Maria couldn't give us an answer. We waited over an hour for Craig to finally show up. And only after another 20 minutes of arguing and insisting that our reservation be honored did the rest of party finally get into a room. If you stay here, I hope to God you don't have to deal with these two incompetent employees.

Although we are sorry that the was no reservation for you in our system. I am sure that you enjoyed the large upgrade as a result. Our prepaid reservation wasn’t found. Despite showing Shannon our confirm, it took 20 minutes to checkin. And then we didn’t even get our requested king bed room. This was at 3pm, not late in the evening, btw. At checkout, we were billed - yet again - for our prepaid reservation. More time with Shannon to correct this. She didn’t offer us any points for these issues. I asked her for some and was given the “whopping” total of 500 points. No trouble finding hotel which is 2 blocks from the Eagle I70 exit.

great hotel, very convenient off the highway. room was clean and nice, breakfast is free and typical buffet. Staff was very helpful and courteous. don't know if i will need to come through and stay in the area again, but i would certainly stay here again!
