Amazing staff, location, breakfast and the rooms are very well designed and comfortable.
Just the bathroom wasn’t 100% clean but the manager immediately took care of everything and made sure I was happy with the hotel and service.

Overall experience was amazing. Late flight delayed us arriving for a Christmas vacation but our room/suite was ready and super comfortable.
There has been a trend in recent years of hotels not doing daily room cleaning, but this hotel performed as you used to expect, refreshing our towels and cleaning our room every morning after we left. Thank you!!
Top pros: Quiet hotel, really great staff, above average breakfast, exceptional check out time! No smells no broken equipment. Good job!
Minor cons: carpets are stained in halls and rooms. Breakfast item turnover barely kept up with peak demand.

Great spot in downtown, 2 blocks off the 16th St. Mall. Excellent staff who are extremely pleasant and helpful. Extremely clean room with a great view. Wonderful experience for my family and me. They gained a customer for life….or at least the next few years.

Great happy hour. Breakfast included. Close to everything. Customer service was beyond great . The staff was very welcoming and tended to all of our needs. The bartender mixed great drinks and held good conversation.
