We have stayed at The Oxford previously and when the opportunity came up to catch a show at the Buell Theatre midweek, we decided to make a night of it in Denver. The rooms are great, the front desk staff is great and The Cruise Room and Urban Farmer are fantasti places to have right onsite. Shout out to Manuel who checked us in and then also provided the lobby Bourbon tasting. This is such a great and unique thing the hotel offers and should not be missed.More

Everything about the Oxford is top notch. All of the staff are wonderful, the Doormen were as good as they come. The location is in a wonderful location, close to Union Station and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone> Jerry S. Rogers Ar.

Historic hotel that is very well done!! The lobby is cool and offered a whiskey tasting the night we arrived. Decor fits period and is perfect! Romantic. Good for couples and business stays! Comfortable sheets and king bed. Would highly recommend if you want to be in the Union Station area.

Beautiful hotel with character and great staff. The complementary bourbon tastings every evening were a nice treat. The front desk staff were helpful and especially the valets who gave us advice on directions. The room was clean and comfortable and full of character. We were on the second floor which meant we could hear the restaurant but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay and really loved the location.

Great service, but the hotel left a little to be desired for the price. The room we had was quite large, but not decorated very remarkably. Besides, there was no safe nor a full-length mirror in the room. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The continental breakfast was not very good. The pastries tasted stale, and there was no plain English breakfast tea. Even Lipton would have sufficed. A real tea drinker does not want flavored teas for breakfast. The coffee was not very good either. And 6-9 AM? It was difficult for us to get up in time. We did not make use of the spa or fitness club, but it’s nice to have. The hotel was a great location for an early train to catch, and there were lots of restaurants nearby. We did not particularly like the homeless wandering about, but we are used to that where we come from too.

Stayed at The Oxford for a long weekend getaway with my husband. The central location was ideal for exploring the city. And we loved the historic feel of the decor. The staff was exceptional and accommodated us with an early check-in when we arrived sooner than anticipated.
