We have been to Los Chingones 4 times. The tacos are passable but small, street size and lots of Yucatan vinegary onions. Disclaimer: I'm from Texas so I tend to rate CO tacos on the low side. Tamales were ok. The enchilada was very good. Overall I like the small portion size but not for everyone. Margarita was good. Their ceviche is some of the most flavorful I have found state side. The salsa is fresh and fiery with several options. Delicious rattlesnake chorizo queso. (Why is queso so expensive in CO? It's college food cheap in TX! Maybe we have more rattlesnakes!) Chicken leg, shrimp, and steak tacos were all good (but can get bigger ones and just as tasty for less $ at Torchy's). Fun, lively sports bar atmosphere and location is great.
