I stayed here over Christmas, and had a superb stay. I got Hyatt Goldpassport to issue an suite upgrade. I ended up with the Cottonwood suite, which was simply amazing.
Plenty of room, nice and quiet, beautiful view of the mountains, and downtown Denver.
Nicole Orban, Front Office Manager, handled the reservation and check-in with the utmost ease, and friendly service, all the staff at this Hotel are very accommodating, and great in providing information.
Since I am a Diamond Member, I had access to the Regency Club, this happens to be one of the best in the Hyatt family of Hotels. The food had a variety of dishes. The best came at night with wonderful deserts, they are to die for.
I had some problems checking out, with the computer not recognizing my stay for qualifying stays, so Katie Hoglund, Hotel Assistant Manager, stepped in to correct the folio.
Parking is expensive, I took RTD light rail to the Hotel, there are two stations close to the Hotel, Convention Center, and 16th & California, In addition the Free RTD 16th Street Mall Shuttle is close by, you don't need a car if you are moving about the downtown area.
