Absolutely loved this place. Service was impeccable, friendly and chill, perfectly in tune with the vibe of the restaurant.
We went as a party of 4 so we got to try a lot of the dishes. The steak chimichurri on flat bread was absolutely delicious, as was the lobster ceviche. There were two other tapas that were excellent - I'll update the review with their names once I make it back there, which I hope will be soon.
We also tried the Mediterranean Platter entree. It was tasteful and solid, but I'd recommend going for the smaller dishes which are full of creativity and flavor. In fact, go there on Tapa Tuesdays, enjoy discounted, delicious tapas, and reflect on how good life has been to you.
For desert we tried chocolate bread pudding and the doce de leche flan. Both were gorgeous, I liked the flan slightly better.
Overall, a great restaurant delivering innovative and savory dishes, straight up, no fuss. Just love it. Five stars for Ambli.
