Katie Mullen's is a great pub for an American Irish experience. People are friendly and the food choices are good. I wouldn't compare this to a true Irish experience as if you went to Limerick but it fits well with the Denver downtown dynamic is this day and age looking for something different and providing a fun happy hour maybe stay for dinner kind of experience. I like the food. Portions are good and well prepared. I think they try to capture the true Irish pub experience but fall a little bit short of that. But after all, its hard to capture that homey Irish pub feel, if you've ever experienced the peat fire true Irish pubs. Still, they do a good job and you wouldn't be disappointed in checking them out. I like hitting this place for dinner and brews before a concert at the Paramount. I always revisit this place and love their concept and food.

Irish Wanna Be pub.. the music was ALWAYS too loud. It seemed to be a St Pat's destination but never suitable for a "quiet" pub event. I won't miss it.

After living in West Cork Ireland for years I've come to realize finding a decent pint stateside is very, very difficult! So when I happened to find this treasure right off the 16th street mall in downtown Denver, I was thrilled. The deco, the food, the music but mostly the Guinness is fabulous!

Had Mothers day brunch here last year and have eaten there a couple more times to which the atmosphere is great. On St Patrick's day they have someone perform to which is really like being in a pub in England, makes me miss being there
