So flew out here from Maryland for a close friend's wedding. No issue finding parking even late night, the most comfortable bed and pillows anywhere, spacious room, and a nice welcome gift. Definitely coming here again when I'm in Colorado Springs! Also close to a ton of restaurants, breweries, etc; many within walking distance or short Uber ride.

I chose this hotel for a family trip with my family of 4 and my in-laws family of 4. We chose it based on availability, price, and room size. Some family wanted to stay in the city for convenience to retail.

I travel for business regularly and typically stay in a Hilton or Marriott property.

The rooms are beautifully remodeled and very spacious. Perfect for a family. The kids loved the pool, volleyball court and it was nice to grill out one evening.

The staff was wonderful, and they are doing a great job "doing more with less". It is obvious that there are some cost-cutting efforts reflected in the sparse offerings at breakfast and staff running around wearing multiple 'hats'.

Location -- the neighborhood is not dangerous, but there is plenty of low-income apartment housing surrounding the area. They was, a murder-suicide (domestic) less than 1 mile from the hotel during our stay. From my window I could see 2 head shops, a payday loan store, and a pawn shop. If you are a runner or walker, I would not be comfortable doing a run/walk from the hotel, you would have to drive to find a better place. It is a 20-30 minute drive to the other side of the city where the mountains and tourist attractions are.

The room and kitchen was great. The first morning they had microwaved sausage sandwich reason for no breakfast (Oven broken). The second morning, oven fixed but the only thing left was cold cereal, 1 slice of wheat bread, 4 bagels, oatmeal, and gravy. No eggs, no biscuits. If you are going to advertise a "full, hot" breakfast make it happen. I will not be staying here my next visit to Colo. Sp'gs.

Room Tip: Bottom floor, on the west end no traffic noise.

This hotel and staff are exceptional. The rooms are nice, clean , comfortable and convenient. The staff are very nice and welcoming. The only thing that kept me from giving this hotel a 5 star rating is the pricing. Not some much that the cost is unreasonable, more that the price in rooms can vary dramatically from one month to the next. I have stayed there and paid 129 a night and then turn around and they want almost 200 a night. Other than that, this place is awesome

We ended up staying at the Sonesta after our vacation plans changed and we had to switch hotels. The location is not great- on the northwest side of town, which meant at lot of driving to go sightseeing. It's basically a renovated apartment complex, and the neighborhood feels a bit shady. But the rooms themselves are amazing. We had the 2 bedroom room- full kitchen, nice living area, bedroom with 2 queen beds and full bath, with another king bed and bathroom in the loft area. It was nice to have a place that felt more like home than a simple hotel room, and nice to be able to cook our own meals- cookware and tableware was limited but enough for spaghetti for 4. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool, and there is a basketball court, firepit and sand volleyball court also. Breakfast was fine, but not expansive. They did have simple dinners during the week, but what we could make in the room was better. Overall, a nice room, decent amenities, I just wish it were in a slightly nicer neighborhood.
