Offers a good selection of ice cream flavors and toppings. A little sparse on the frozen yogurt options. Rich, delicious ice cream with fun "concoction" suggestions. Not the cheapest, but definitely worth the splurge now and then. Servers are pleasant. Not much room to sit and eat. Expect lines, but they move quickly, and the ice cream is worth the wait.

Were we a large group and none of us could make a decision. They gave us recommendations and took time letting us sample things. Every last bit of ice cream made it into our cups, even if there was a little more than the cup could handle. Not a lot of seating, but a good night out with friends.

Upon entering, the rec theeption/dining area smelled of old vomit. It could have been a poorly cleaned up milk product that had soured over time. My younger grandsons would not be dissuaded and insisted upon getting their promised Ice cream treat.
We sat and ate in the lobby, as it was too warm to eat outside. I wanted to leave, but they seemed to be unaffected. The quality was mediocre, compared to what I have had at other locations.
It all may have been just that my stomach was turned at the first whiff of that smell upon stepping inside.

So this place is in the New Town Center on the eastern side of Colorado Springs and is in a prime location. There is a small park (during the summer on Fridays there are free concerts), the Imax theater, tons of restuarants, and a great variety of shopping. So you spend the day wandering around the Town Center and you top it off with ice cream! They have plenty of choices and it's all great.

We went to Cold Stone Creamery on a Saturday night. The place was crowded, but what we noticed first was the absolutely filthy front door and windows. It didn’t look like anybody had washed the windows or the door in a long time. On entering, other members of our party and I immediately smelled sour milk which made our stomachs turn. We noted that the walls were grimy and there was an overall grimy feel to the whole place.

While the ice cream tasted OK, it was not extraordinary. The gimmick is that you choose the flavor of ice cream and they mix in the topping with two ice cream paddles. The overall dirty surroundings dampened our enjoyment. We had thought we would use a Groupon to this establishment, but will seek a refund on the one we bought because we absolutely do not want to return here.
