This is an old building, very tired and in need of some TLC. Location was good north of downtown. We reserved a queen suite and got 2 rooms with one containing a hide a bed couch, 2 chairs, desk and TV. This did give us a 2nd bathroom which was nice, but please, a little caulking in the tub/shower would do wonders. The beds were comfortable, staff was nice and the breakfast was the best part - eggs. bacon, biscuits and gravey, pastries, make your own waffles, yogurt, boiled eggs, fruit cup, juices, coffee,

We stayed here for a night and had the worst experience. Why should I pay to hear what is going on in the next room? It is a cheap motel polished to a hotel. I never had this kinda bad experience with any other hotels. I will never choose quality inn again. I would better pay few bucks extra and have peaceful sleep.

My husband and I felt the need to write regarding Marissa (front desk) and Linda (café/breakfast area) on a “job well done.”

We had booked our vacation through Travelocity which included booking a room as well. Not knowing the area, we booked at Days Inn by Wyndham on the other side of Garden of the Gods Road. Once we arrived, we were taken aback by how shabby the outside of the hotel looked. Not to judge a book by its cover, we checked in and asked the front desk if we were not satisfied, could we cancel our room. Not a problem they said. Now we’re suspicious…we went up to our room and were aghast by its condition, not to mention building materials outside the glass doors on the first floor and the pool covered over with a blue tarp. One of the reasons we decided to book there is they advertised a heated swimming pool.

We sat around in the room for a bit and I started to check out other hotels in the area. That’s when we decided to take a ride and look at one of your rooms. Marissa greeted us immediately and we asked to see a room. Although she was busy working with other clients, she was very pleasant and we were happy to wait. Once she was able to leave the desk, she took us to room 130. We were extremely pleased and said to hold the room for us so we can cancel Days Inn. Done and done!

During our stay, Marissa always had time to chat with us while we were having breakfast. And Linda, what a doll! She actually initiated the first conversation and each morning we would sit and chat about a number of topics. It was evident that she is very conscientious about the cleanliness of the café and made certain there was enough food and coffee for everyone. Both women were very attentive to our needs.

We have family in Colorado Springs and plan on visiting with them again in the near future. I can tell you this…because of Marissa and Linda, we will most certainly book again at your hotel. Thank you Marissa and Linda, for making us feel like “family.”

Room tip: We were able to walk out to the pool area from our room, very nice!

The location of the hotel is the best part. The rooms were clean, although the hotel itself appeared to be quite old. breakfast was good and ample space for many people. Staff was friendly. For the price of the room it was a good value for money.

My wife and I stayed one night at the Quality Inn and were thoroughly pleased with everything. The room is clean and quiet with all amenities as they should be. We were very pleased with the breakfast choices that were offered, both hot and cold choices. To top it off the price right!
