We stayed here as it had the most reasonable pet fee in the area but even at that we paid $80 for our dog for a 4 night stay. Very small room. Limited breakfast, I ended up buying groceries and just had their coffee. Only 1 chair in room, at the desk which blocked the bathroom.

I had to spend one night in the Springs while my car was being repaired. Trusting the Best Western Plus chain I booked here, and was rewarded with an excellent night’s sleep and a spacious studio for comfort as I waited. The breakfast was not the typical COVID inspired grab and go, but a nice buffet with bacon and eggs cooked on order. While this visit was strictly business, I would gladly return again with family for a pleasure trip. The location is just off I-25 so very easy to find but far enough away not to hear any freeway noise.

My husband and I decided to take a staycation to relax for a few days. This Best Western reminded me why we prefer this chain. The employees were fabulous! Very friendly and immediately took care of the one small issue we had. It was very clean and quiet. They had the indoor pool open and we got to make a reservation for it due to covid. We were the only ones in it so it was very nice. The parking lot was full, but we never heard any noise during our stay. We will definitely return!
