We are not really fans of B&B but this one seemed OK to us (there is not really a lot of lodging in Central City except for casinos). Looking at Central City did not raise our spirit but we decided to stay on.
I have to say it was a great decision: the B&B and its people (hosts, help, other guests) made our days! We came to Central City for the Opera and saw four performances, Britten, as an example, is a new experience for us.
Our hosts had one of the principal performers twice coming for breakfast - both times we had a lively conversation about all aspects of operatic music but also how a singer would prepare for a new role (which takes years).
The room was nice, roomy, clean, and had everything one needs - we would liked to have a little bit more lighting supporting some reading in the bed.
Breakfast varied daily, was very good (we had Breakfast five times) and to my surprise the coffee was not the usual "brown hot water" but real coffee.
Should we come back to Central City for an other Opera experience, we will make reservations early (or be flexible in the Opera schedule).More
