While the price is nice, and they do allow a 2 night stay unlike many others in town, this unit could use a remodel. It is dark (due to wood paneling, and few light fixtures) and very outdated. There were spider webs hanging from the ceiling to the lights in the kitchen, which led me to question how clean was the place. It did not appear dirty, thankfully. The bathroom needs some type of counter or cabinet to place your things. When we arrived, the door between this unit and the neighboring unit were unlocked, but it was resolved within an hour or so by maintenance. They seemed to doubt us calling about this, until they came and saw that it was unlocked. It is very loud, as in the walls do seem thin, and you can hear lots of noise from the upstairs units. No need for an alarm, your neighbors will wake you. The location is not bad, and the free shuttle is nice, although sometimes very slow. The area with the game tables etc. could also use updating. I second the comment "you get what you pay for", and many of the remarks made in that review. There were no shower and water temperature problems in this unit. The Wi-Fi was also not a bonus, as in you couldn't log on at times, and it would suddenly kick you off. Small is not necessarily a problem for us, but for 2 adults and 1 child - this was small. Ski Country Resorts & Sports staff (where you check in and out) were all very nice and helpful.

We stayed in unit 6B for three nights. Apparently this is over Spring Break so the complex is very loud. The unit is tired and the showers were not working. Overall, the unit was functional but not really a value. You get what you pay for...as the décor was very old and the linens could use upgrades. We had a real issue with the showers which could not hold a consistent temperature. There were piping hot bursts followed by cold ones throughout the shower. The location of the complex is excellent as you're a quick walk from downtown and short shuttle away from the peak 7 lodge. The folks at Ski Country did their best to remedy the shower situation and I'd recommend them for rentals but not Park Meadows unless you're a college student looking to cram 4+ people into a very small "motel-like" room.

Room Tip: Make sure your room does not overlook the hot tub if possible. It gets very loud there!

Great location at a decent price. It is right on the free bus route, a 10 minute walk to town or to the Breckenridge Station or gondola and next to the ski-in 4 o'Clock trail. Add a free private shuttle to the mix and this place is a great value. It is weird to stay in a place where the front desk isn't on the property but they are always accessible by phone. The condo property is equipped with a two-floor common area with a gas fire pit and cool lounge area. The most of the rooms may not be all that modern but I felt overall that this was easy to overlook when this place has so many other pluses. I was on the second floor in an end unit and had zero complaints. The walls seemed a little thin but we did not have any noise issue during our stay. I heard there was a hot tub across the street which I did not take advantage of.

Room Tip: Second floor. An end unit to help minimize noise.

We stayed at Park Meadows lodge on February 7 for 1 night. Condo was small but clean and efficent for 3 people for 1 night. I would get a larger unit for more nights. Friendly staff-especially the shuttle drivers. They were always there and very courteous. You never need a car. Lodge is rustic with fire. Nothing fancy but clean and efficient. Great location. If you want a fancy hotel with pampering, this is not for you. We went for the skiing and it was great.

Room Tip: Our room was 1 bedroom with sofa bed and full galley kitchen. We had 3 people which was perfect for 1 night. Very small with skii equipment so maybe a larger unit for more than 1 night. We were on second level and it was very quiet. Lodge closes at 10pm so that helps keep noise to a minimum.

Good location near the ski hills. A free, on-call private bus service takes you to the gondola. You can also take the free city service, 100 yards from the lodge. The rooms are very small and look like from another era, even though we were told they were renovated last year. They only have 4 hooks to hang dry all your clothes. At the end of a ski day, that is definitely insufficient. Don't ever rent a unit on the first floor, you hear all the footsteps from the unit above and it is quite disturbing. The two-Spas are nice at the end of a day and the big fireplace in the common-room is also a good place to relax (because the unit is not big enough to relax)

Room Tip: If you are not picky and have a low budget, this could work. But don't set your expectations high
