Walkable to Pearl Street a bonus. Cute decor in rooms, liked the water kettle. Bed was comfy.. hot tub was down while we were there which was a bummer. Great reservation system, and email check in / check out process.

Very clean remodeled motel in the heart of Boulder. Had excellent outdoor space to hang out and have a brew from the onsite bar carrying the local Upslope beer. Breakfast was nice. The location was the best between campus and pearl street. Discovered the burger place next door out of necessity and it was awesome. Will be visiting boulder again and would choose to stay at this quirky place again!

This was a fun renovated motel in the heart of the cu campus. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the prime location to campus and pearl street. Loved the breakfast and the local brew Upslope on tap at the hotel. Nice outdoor space to ‘tailgate’ prior to the football game. Room was clean and had a hipster decor. The burger joint right next door was a fun surprise. Best veggie burger ever! It was also close to the farmers market which is a must go that time of year. We will be returning to boulder often and would choose to stay here again.

Room, location and staff all perfect.
Check in and out went smoothly. The lobby was nicely decorated and had great beer and snack selections. Complimentary coffee. Also had a nice souvenir selection to choose from.

Really nice people run this place and the rooms are clean and cute. Not a fancy hotel, but nice to be able to drive right up to the room and loved having a kitchenette. Bathroom was tiny, but worked. My fave spot was the rock wall, but my husband and 7 YO would say the jacuzzi was theirs.
