“interesting outdoor statues and indoor paintings and statues”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 10 November 2011

This is a really neat place to stop. Outside, they have a lot of bronze type statues (mostly Native Americans and native animals), some that your little kids can even sit on (like a donkey and a saddle) to take pictures, which is fun for the little ones. The rattlesnake looked very real. Inside is an art gallery with many realistic outdoor scenes (a lot of paintings of native animals and scenic locations) and some smaller statues. The paintings were very impressive. The outside art is much more kid friendly than the inside, especially for small 2 year olds, but it was a fun stop. Its also one block away from Celestial Seasonings (another fun place to go). They have a big gift shop too. It was worth the stop. And its free too.

“Leanin' Tree NOT Leaning Tree”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 27 May 2010

The first reviewer on this attraction has it spelled wrong and his/her review should be listed under "Leanin' Tree" where you will see several other positive reviews -- the number 3 attraction. I worked at Leanin' Tree many years ago and can vouch that all the positives that have been said about it are true. It is truly a treasure and the family that owns the company has ALWAYS been kind enough to share their collection with the community at no cost. Even if you don't love Western art, you can not but marvel at all the talent displayed in this tasteful museum. Go see it, then take in the Celestial Seasoning Tour right next door. Makes for a great day of sight seeing.
