We stayed at the Ameristar because we were going to the Central City Opera. After getting back, we thought this would be a good place to get a dinner before swimming.
Service was prompt and food was served quick. We had burgers and a "Ruben". The food was a little better than average. The waiter warned my spouse that the Ruben wasn't a typical Ruben. It was brisket and cole slaw. He thought it was pretty good. The burger was well cooked and there were a few options as sides.
We picked the restaurant because we were planning to do a buffet for breakfast. Come to find out that Ameristar doesn't have a breakfast buffet and other buffets don't allow you take you child with you. So we ended up having breakfast at this restaurant too.
