Gorgeous property and great location. There were two issues, first the shower curtain was stained and dingy, but the rest of the room was very clean. Our first morning there was no hot water. Talked to the front desk staff and they seemed like they already knew and didn’t want to be bothered. The boiler had to be reset. As someone who spends 30+ nights in hotels per year, you would expect better service.

Mark,
Thank you for your response and for staying with us. I did find out about the shower curtain we were able to change that out with one that did not have the hard water stains, something that we should have caught prior to your arrival.
Please come back and see us again.

thank you for Terri giving us adjoining rooms - what was disappointing was only one side of bed had a nightstand --so therefor my water in such a dry climate was on the floor --also had this been winter no dryer in room our winter clothes would never get dry

Judith,
Thank you for your response. Terri in reservations is great, glad she could accommodate your request for adjoining rooms. We are preparing to renovate our guest rooms and we will be adding a second night stand and lamp to both sides have the space for water or device charging. We do have clothes washers and dryers on property, please let us know when you are back and we will make sure you know where it is located.
Thank you,
Kevin

Pick a room overlooking the valley, The view is awesome. Front staff is nice, Christina is an awesome concierge . Skip the restaurant food was not good. Service either. Eat elsewhere, there are plenty within walking distance.

50th anniversary visit...will do 50 more! Cleanest, most comfortable, great staff, quiet, great location. Cannot think of a better place to visit than Beaver Creek Resort. Most local restaurants and spas within walking distance!

I had to take my twins, they are used to sleeper sofas, but the lights right outside kept him awake most of trip. The restaurant was ok, but way too expensive for what you got. The only thing good about hotel at all was the pool. Period!

Christina,
I am pleased to hear you and the twins enjoyed the pool and thank you for staying with us. I do apologize regarding the outside light disturbing the sleep quality. We are in the process of getting some upgrades in the rooms which include a blackout curtain for the living room. Please allow us the opportunity to deliver the quality service we are known for. You can reach me at 970-845-1715 if you would like to discuss in more detail. I appreciate your review as it allows us to be better at what we do.
