If you are looking for your typical Mexican restaurant, then this is not for you. But if you're looking for delicious food with a Mexican flair, then you have to try this place. Absolutely the best salsa I have ever tasted. They have a list of tacos that you will not find anywhere else. You have to try the " beans and rice ". The guacamole is also excellent. Try it with a nice margarita or mojito. I can't wait to go back. The service is a little slow, but well worth the wait.

Very good service, although there is sometimes a long wait to be seated. Tacos are excellent and very filling.

Our friends, Bill and Ofelia joined us at Bizarra Capital (BC) for a mid-week dinner.

The BC's dinner area is one large dining room with several booths and tables. The bar is conveniently located in the corner of the main entrance. so, if you have to wait, drinks can be served to you right on the spot. We learned over the years, that weekends are quite busy and waiting for a table locks you into a drink and of course, supplemented with the sounds of Mariachi music, helps with the wait for a table.

To our delight, It was "Margarita Wednesday" so we all had a round with an extra shot! BC in my opinion has been a trend setting culinary delight of Mexican fusion of small bites or Tapas. I say fusion, because, BC has stuck to the traditional Mexican cuisine but, has done some great change ups with it's quality and presentation. The menu hasn't change in years...So, that's a good indication that BC customers are coming back on a regular basis.

You can order a variety of extraordinary tacos of various meats garnished with pickled pink onions & with specially prepared gourmet hot sauces for your choice of pork, beef and chorizo tacos. Add a few veggies, like the "Calabacitas" a sauteed zucchini with cheese and accented with Chipotle cream sauce...Add extra dishes of the Ranchero Beans...Wow! Great Meal.

Dropped in on lunch with a friend and completely satisfied. Ordered fish, asada & pollo tacos. The ceviche tasty and we topped it off with flan. If in the neighborhood stop in. You will not be disappointed
