Extremely friendly staff, huge rooms, great complimentary breakfast special shout out to Tyler, Chris, Sambra(sp?) ! We had a really great visit. I would highly recommend! Only a couple of suggestions, wish the pool bar stayed open later, and the the faux boxwoods around it need some TLC. Also while Our room smelled fine some nights our hallway smelled like Snoop Dog and Willy Nelson were holding a conference on our floor, serious contact buzz! More

This hotel is phenomenal. The design, aesthetic, cleanliness, and location are extraordinary but what sets it apart is the customer service. The staff has incredible customer service and is always willing to go about and beyond. Rosie at the front desk is personable and always has a warm greeting. Sebastien at in-room dining is a delight and has outstanding recommendations on the menu. The entire menu is full of delicious and incredible food including the fish tacos, chopped salad, everything bagel, breakfast burrito, salmon, and the miso sea bass. Everything is good! Such a rarity to find these day in age - don't sleep on this gym.

The hospitality and service we received during our stay at the London West Hollywood was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered welcomed us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was best experience possible, especially for our 2 year old! Shout out to Mike at the front desk, Tyler at the pool and the manager, Kansas, for being so accommodating and kind from the moment we arrived.

Very nice decor. Bathrooms were insane and beautiful and large. Great food. Nice pool scene. Friendly and great service I recommend it Beds are comfortable and room service was very good. Great location.

Travelled to LA with family for a small post-graduation trip.
Service - Very professional, courteous, friendly, and prompt staff, especially at the front desk. Makes you feel very welcome the moment you step from the valet parking area to the lobby.
Room - Room had a very pleasant and sweet smell with views of the city. Spacious main area, also spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, two showerheads with fantastic temperature ranges and pressure. Two things to recommend improving - 1) Enable tub faucet to work so that it can be filled faster; 2) Allow for better drainage in the bathroom for any water splashing outside of the tub or the shower.
Location - Nice quiet area that gives a feeling of being away from the busy parts of the city while still being in distance.
