The room was cozy, bed was very comfortable. Only complaint pillows on bed are small and no extras wee in the room.
Very quiet and near highway and other entertainment places like Old town Temecula. Staff was very friendly.

If I could rate the staff separately I’d give the place 5 stars. The staff were very pleasant. But too many other issues. I got a room as far away from the freeway as possible and it was still very loud. The furniture was all scuffed up. The breakfast was packaged pastries and cans of juice—all sugar no protein or nutrients of any kind. Had to go out for breakfast. My total bill for one night accommodation here was almost $280. Very poor value. I wouldn’t be complaining or expecting better if I had paid half as much.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry that we did not meet or exceed your expectations. It is always our goal to be our guests home away from home and we are very sorry to have let you down. We hope that you may give us another opportunity in the future to earn back your business,. We are in the process of a renovation in 2022. We have completed all new flooring in all 73 guest rooms and hope to have all other renovations including new furniture by the end of the year. We hope to get an opportunity to share that with you.

Stayed here for the Christmas holiday (they are pet friendly) staff was amazing, very welcoming & attentive. Maybe only complaint would be kids above us running around under all night. I love kids but I was tired at midnight…..I think and guests with small children should be placed in a room downstairs. Then the guest next to us had TV in at 3:00 am, waking me and the dogs. Extremely disrespectful. Other than that rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Room tip: Request a room without kids above you.

This was one of the cheaper motels I stayed at. The prices are so high, finding a good quality place at my price point was hard. The place had everything I needed, and was clean. The one perk I liked was five coffee packs in the room. Most places give you two, big deal. The hotel next door was 45 bucks more and it was nothing special. Try this place, I think you will like it.

A/C barely worked. Ran it 24 hours a day just to keep room in high 70-low 80’s degrees.
No cold shower water. Choices were very hot to medium hot.
Hole in base moulding in bathroom. Bugs?
No housekeeping services. Had to go to office or pool to get dry, fresh, towels. Other Choice Hotels at similar price point at least make your bed, vacuum and give you clean towels.
Door lock finicky. Our cards wouldn’t work. Front desk instructed us that door handle had to be horizontal or magnets wouldn’t line up. Worked perfectly if we raised handle and then swiped card.
Conversely, pool and jacuzzi were clean, fresh, at proper temperatures and quite enjoyable. Too bad motel wasn’t as nice as pool area.
Never stay here again.

Room tip: Lots of parking lot. In the back, behind strip mall. Somewhat isolated. Quiet. Wouldn’t walk around after dark.
